Review summary

poor communication from BJ's travel staff after the initial cancellation created issues with our large group. The health and safety of the older members of presented constant challenges regarding refunds and FCC's. I'll book directly with cruise line next time.

directions and information at the port were incomplete, directions to processing for cards was wrong, had to go back to counter after asking agent what the next step after covid testing was

food was mediocre the first day and cold the next in the pub, opted for the dining room for the balance of the shortened cruise and even the food there was delivered room temp

most were canceled

guitarist in lobby was loud and off key

only redeeming quality of the canceled trip - except they were the reason for the cancellation

I'm pretty sure everyone on that ship is getting some form of refund. It was the trip that was cut short because the entertainment director (among others) got COVID. That's why he's waiting for a refund.

Read the fine print, not the cruise line's fault. Received an upgrade but also want a refund! Cruising may not be for you.

Thanks for sharing. However your most of your complaint should be addressed to BJ’s and not the cruise lines.
