I cannot say enough about our experience on the Joy. There were 13 of us, ranging in age from 16 to 73. There was something for everyone. Staying in the Haven made the cruise experience even more special.

Great cruise. All the staff were excited to see us and was a delight to be around. Bermuda was awesome and now I can understand why people go back so much.

Over all we loved it. Wish we didn’t stop in Norfolk. I wouldn’t waste money on the specialty restaurants on this ship. The main dining rooms were wonderful. Definitely don’t get a transit pass. We did and it was waste of money. You just couldn’t rely on the busses to get you back to the ship when you wanted. Maybe when the busses are back to full capacity the problem will be solved. In our previous two trips to Bermuda we never had a problem.

We are a family of older children with a grandchild. Plenty of entertainment for all ages. My wife and I renewed our vows after 21yrs and staff was very helpful with the whole process!

It’s not worth it to pay to get off in Bermuda everything as far just know that there is a boss it’s orange it’s free and it gets you up that long walk other than that have a big wallet

Great cruise to Bermuda , a beautiful place to visit, very friendly people, great excursions, had the experience to see the pink sand beach, just be aware of the Portuguese man of war jellyfish, they are very painful.

NCL experience is great mix of entertainment and party atmosphere. Cruisers all seemed to be energetic. Not good for those who expect organization and traditional experience. Cruise director was a non factor. Minimal exposure during the cruise. His role is especially important to customer satisfaction, communication and overall experience. Perhaps he was trying, but between the weather conditions changing most every outdoor activity, ports of call and excursion confusion he wasn't effective. On top of all of it, common areas were blasting intercomm background music sound tracks that were contradictory to the venue live music or DJ so that most times on deck you may or may not hear the public address. NYC Manhattan terminal is a NO GO

Virginia was canceled, due to the thunderstorm. Bermuda was amazing. Lot of nice beaches (beware of the portoguise man of War on Horseshoe Beach and all others next to it). Pink sand. Great caves. People are so nice there. Hamilton and St Georges are very clean and safe. Loved it!

7 of us had a wonderful time. Experienced a ton, always going and the glass was always 1/2 full! The ship had only 2200 on board, Never a line never a delay, The most people we seen all week was in the Cavern.

Great in Some Areas, in fact Flawless. Surprisingly felt Ocean View Meal was tied w Bistro. Outstanding assortment Did nothing for Cinco de Mayo, at this point have no intention of showing KY Derby. Most people didn't know what it was. Major major disappointment. Have 8 hrs to get it on TV

This was my second Bermuda cruise - the first being my very first cruise with NCL on the Escape in 2018. The weather was a bit cooler in late April and we had some clouds and rain, but Bermuda never disappoints. The people are wonderful and the port offers plenty to do and see without spending a lot of money. Although next time I will do a full week cruise where we spend another day in port, I felt this was a great option to spend some time in a beautiful place. The water alone is gorgeous! You don’t even see turquoise like that in the Caribbean. The Joy is a gorgeous ship and I wish I had more time to spend on her enjoying all she has to offer. Still haven’t gotten to see Footloose, but that just means I need to go book another cruise.

Joy staff amazing Joy Haven rooms very nice Joy Haven hallways very tight as were room doorways Last of all the haven restaurant was off, the service was ok but not great like it normally is, maybe due to only 2200 sailing and the timing being off. Food came out very fast but , water, beverages including coffee always seemed to come as the meal was being served, again not a deal breaker. Husband normally is a big casino person but didn't want to go on the scooter as he knew he could not do the hallways. Just an honest review NCL is still my favorite line just not this ship. Cruise was our first in two years and it was fabulous. NCL is an amazing line to travel with

We love cruising! The ship was beautiful and clean with friendly staff. The observation lounge was a nice new addition. Solid ports and overall, a great time.

Had a great Caribbean week! Highly recommended ship, crew, food, entertainment and ports! Definitely brought me a lot of Joy!

Everything was great from the time to port of embarkation to disembarkation.

Luxurious pampering in the Haven, put it on your bucket list if possible

It was a fun family vacation. We made the most out of the issues onboard with no splash academy, and the weather. It was a bit rocky all week. The kids said they’d go again and It beat snow that we were getting at home hands down.
