Luxurious pampering in the Haven, put it on your bucket list if possible
Embarkation

Dedicated Haven embarkation line with 7 people in front of us so it was a breeze, and a nice experience in the light filled new Norwegian terminal
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

We dined mostly in the Haven but also one night in Le Bistro, and a lunch in the buffet. Haven meals were excellent, Le Bistro as good as any fine restaurant, buffet very good with lots of ethnic variety: American burgers, Asian, Indian, salads, soups, breads, desserts. Really all very appealing!
The Haven Restaurant

Excellent, just needs a little menu change midweek but our fault for not going to more specialty restaurants
Le Bistro French Restaurant

As good as any fine restaurant we’ve experienced in cities, resorts, you name it
Service and Staff

Fantastic, attentive room butler, concierge and wait staff in the Haven
Ship Quality

The ship is spotless. The pool deck is actually two pools with a broad open area in between for lounges. The pools on NCL are just too small, more like gathering ponds in the desert. They need to offer a couple of real pools. So 2 stars ⭐️⭐️ for the pool.
The Haven is a quiet area which we like but not stuffy. The dining room is beautiful with all tables having a clear view of the water and also an outside dining area. We are just two so had a table at the window every meal except one! The Horizon lounge is underused, huge, serene, seriously awesome, my favorite spot on the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Courtyard penthouse with large balcony, lovely, right off the small Haven pool area, very convenient
We couldn’t find a nice little breakfast place in downtown Miami the morning of embarkation, ended up back at the hotel DR with no charm, high prices. Wish I knew Miami better. Does anyone know of a cute coffee shop?
We went on a trolley tour which included a tequila instruction and tasting. It was ok, wouldn’t do it again. But we did buy some tequila so maybe we don’t need to go again😉Next time we’ll go to one of the beaches. The town itself is very touristy, all the shops seem to sell the same things
We went on the Turquoise Bay VIP beach day which was beautiful, uncrowded (may still be covid related), gorgeous green water, dj with a guitarist, lunch, drinks. Highly recommend
