Review summary

7 of us had a wonderful time. Experienced a ton, always going and the glass was always 1/2 full! The ship had only 2200 on board, Never a line never a delay, The most people we seen all week was in the Cavern.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
So many people on social media prior to our cruise complaining about the embarkation process. If you did all your preliminary stuff and were organized, It went smooth a silk. We had early boarding time and priority boarding, Walked on behinds Haven guests, From getting to the port to in the ship, Maybe 2 hours Max!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
I gave it 4 Stars because the Buffet food was barely warm to cold unless you were right there when the food came out or had a fresh omelette made. We only went up for a breakfast or a quick lunch. This is far from our first time, We prefer to go sit down at the Local and order fresh and your served in minutes. The specialty dining was outstanding as always. Cagney’s and Ocean Blue were wonderful. There’s different tastes for all different people So I ignore comments of negative feedback from restaurants. The Manhattan room You could eat there every night, it is a beautiful room, plenty of space. I prefer to enjoy a nice relaxing dinner instead of complaining about a little vibration Aft on the ship, You try pushing 169000 gross tons.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We don’t usually get into on board activities. We did mini golf and some virtual stuff. The family games in the Atrium IE: Deal or No Deal are kinda ho hum. Just an opinion not a criticism.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We were able to do a lot with a well planed out agenda. Beatles, Elements, karaoke, Social, comedian, Piano players. Also every night you walked through the ship there was a style of music for everyone.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
This is hands down one of the highlights of cruising! If you don’t feel like royalty for a week then somethings wrong. These people work tirelessly to please you every minute, they are Amazing and regardless of the pre paid Gratuities take care of these people!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Cleaner than ever! Keep up the great work!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Club balcony suite is great for the larger head. All the shower jets are great! You don’t need anything more than that, You go there to shower and catch a few ZZZZZZs.

Ship tip

Ignore Social Media Prior to sailing, Don’t get on any pages. After getting blasted by a million complaints and questions, It’s completely opposite when you get there.

Ports of call

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
Beautiful. Not going to try to figure out why you wear a mask for 20 feet and they check your photo ID And ship card while you have sunglasses, hat and mask on. Makes no sense.

New York, New York

5 out of 5
Easy for us. 3 hour drive. Right to the port. 1,2,3!

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Always been a cluster, They just can’t get a handle on it and the passengers don’t adhere to the disembarkation process. Get rid of the colors and communicate better with the handlers on the dock. All in all we got out with some delay.
