Overall we had a great time on our cruise. The Haven is amazing and it will be hard to cruise without it. Bermuda is beautiful and may go back in the future.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Having booked a Haven made embarkation very easy.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Overall food and drink was very good but had a very weak drink in the casino and didn't really enjoy the food at The Local.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We basically just stayed by the pool in the haven and that was very relaxing. The boat was only at 50% capacity so we never had a problem getting a seat in the casino.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We enjoyed Elements, Footloose, the Broadway Cabaret, and comedians and the Billy Joel tribute. I thought the Beatles was very loud.
Children's Programs
No kids with us
Service and Staff

All of the people we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to our Bulter Melody!
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
I always saw crew members wiping down common areas and you were reminded to wash hands before going to the buffet. There were plenty of hand sanitizer stations around the ship for our use as well.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
First time staying in the Haven. I liked the extra space in the cabin - having a big enough table to eat at was very nice. I liked the larger bathroom as well. The king size bed was very comfortable and two big closets was great.
Beautiful beaches, nice shops, Crystal Caves was pretty. We enjoyed the Quintessential Shopping excursion - nice history of the island. We did feel rushed at the lighthouse and in St. George's. The caves and waves excursion was disappointing. There was a watermain break at the beach we were supposed to go to so we ended up at Tobacco Bay where there were Man O'Wars so we couldn't go in the water. As a compromise we were given the option to go somewhere else. We took that option and ended up on just another 2 hour bus tour - this was not what we were told. Bermuda is beautiful but you can do most of your exploring on your own.
