It was AMAZING we loved it !!! Our group had a wonderful time !!!!

In spite of the slow boarding and slow disembarkation, we would do the cruise again in a heartbeat. Overall, I'm not sure if NCL could have done any better of if it was just unfortunate timing. Of course, I could have scheduled my own flights but have a hard time passing up a bargain.

I recommend the Panama Canal 15-day cruise. They had good ports. The itinerary was great because there was a sea day between port days. Made it more relaxing and enjoyable. Cheers!!

I truly enjoyed this cruise. I was not ready to go home.

The 15 day Panama Canal cruise we highly recommend! The clientele are older fun group with many international cruisers. We had a great time.

All in all the cruise was wonderful! The best staff and service and food anywhere. However, the Embarkation port and Debarkation process were nightmares on this cruise. Please get these areas addressed and it would have been an absolutely perfect cruise!

our cruise was good, we had a great time the only issue was the staff service on the ship, specifically main ding areas and even the speciality ding areas, staff were so slow. this left us questioning if we would do another cruise, honestly it was so bad it was unbelievable (this was our 16th cruise and i will never go on such a big ship again) and ncl will be last cruise line i will look at if ever

We went in with no expectations and our cruise was amazing. The staff was respectful and very welcoming. Our balcony was big.

Overall it was a really good vacation and experience. It went by so fast. 5 days feels like a 3 day vacation.

The food was good. The staff was very reduced compared to other cruises. Seemed very over booked with passengers

Overall a good time. The weather was cool and sometimes rainy, which put a damper on things, but the cruise itself was fun.

So, look, I've sailed Norwegian before, along with nearly every other major line (I'm 45 and cruising is how we've vacationed my entire life, so I'm probably at about 30 sailings by now), and this was BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had. It wasn't even just all the corners they cut, or their total failure to protect their passengers or crew from a highly infectious disease, or the general incompetence of the staff, or the fact that there were zero public quiet places on the ship to just enjoy the peace of the ocean, or the fact that the food was both limited and pretty bad (they even screwed up cookies; how do you screw up cookies? Also I actually LOST weight on this cruise, that's how bad the food was). Rather, it was the way they chose to wring every possible penny from their guests at the expense of the guests' health and safety and then had the absolute gall to blame literally all of it on "CDC guidelines" instead of their own terrible policies.

Very good cruise and I met some very nice people…would cruise on NCL Joy again if the opportunity arises

The cruise itself was very enjoyable combined with excellent food and activities/entertainment however that said the pure GREED and lack of customer service when issues arose lead me to NEVER want to book with NCL again

Other than not being able to visit one port the trip overall was an amazing time. we really loved the staff on this ship!

Our 2nd cruise in a row that we felt we didn’t get to enjoy all the ports of call, we assume was due to weather related issues but NCL never explains why they didn’t stop. 1 out of 3 ports for our previous cruise and 1 of 2 this cruise. We like to cruise with the opportunity to visit new countries so when the ship doesn’t stop it’s extremely disappointing. It’s like paying for a steak dinner and getting a chicken dinner with no compensation.

The NCL Joy was a great post-pandemic restart for me

We had a great time on the Joy. I prefer smaller ships but the Joy was layed out in a way that was easy to navigate and didn’t feel overwhelming. Our room was nice, the staff were great and Bermuda was beautiful
