Looked forward to it for over a year and so disappointed. Talked family members to join us and now feel guilty I did. Luckily Bermuda was beautiful Also had 100 minutes of Wi-Fi that as soon as you signed on started to tick away versus other cruises it ticks away only when you go on line.

Overall we had a nice time It was stressful worrying about testing for Covid too bad the itinerary couldn’t be reversed to avoid the stress of Bermuda Covid testing ( it was a 9 day trip) Gift shops were ok didn’t offer any great deals Entertainment was good Personally I wouldn’t do the joy again Some of their other ships are better

Large ship with many activities. excellent dining options and enjoyable entertainment.

Ship was beautiful and very clean. The Ports of call were perfect and so was the weather. I thought the swimming pool and the children's water park were very nice and supplying swimming vests for children was an excellent addition to this cruise ship. We loved the water slides and had a wonderful trip.

We had a great time on the Joy all aspects of our cruise was tremendous. I would recommend Norwegian to anyone looking to cruise in a relaxed atmosphere with great service and tremendous food and entertainment.

Best time ever . My son 13 year old had best time ever on a vacation . So much to do on the ship. Everyone is very nice.

Had a great time. One thing I would add is for Norwegian Joy to have Elegant Night

Much to like, but won't pay the premium for the Haven on this ship.

Worst cruise of my life poor investment on my part I have been ripped off the help was not trained and not friendly no respect for the handicapped I will report them to official in my state and consumer protection again I was ripped off

We had a great trip over all. We really missed the first 2 days at sea. Visiting Norfolk was not necessary and I hope NCL does away with that stop.

Fun, family-friendly cruise. Beautiful ship with plenty to do for everyone.

Dining area staff meticulous in cleaning, but many passengers very poor in handwashing at meals. COVID more prevalent with amount of coughing heard. Few passengers would wear masks. NCL not at fault. Inconsiderate passengers. Protect yourself.

Overall we enjoyed the vacation. Our suite was wonderful- nice to have a little space. We would of liked more "included" options. The ship looks like it would be perfect for an Alaska trip. We were only able to enjoy the pool on a day in Port when most people were gone. We are not early risers who race to the pool area and place our towels down to hold the chairs so we were out of luck. We were very excited to visit Bermuda again. The island and people were as beautiful as remembered. The only downside was it was a National holiday for 2 of the 3 days in Port. Most of Bermuda was closed for the holiday. Really wished the cruise would of disclosed this prior to booking or before the ports of call so we could plan accordingly. We only found on the first day, speaking with the locals. Missed opportunities we planned on because we had to shift our plans.

Would definitely reccomend and will cruise again with norwegian.

Overall it was a great cruise and we loved the Norwegian Joy!

Having taken a similar cruise to Bermuda 8 years ago, there were few surprises. If you like spending time on a beach, the 2-1/2 days there give you plenty of time for that and to explore.
