Review summary

Looked forward to it for over a year and so disappointed. Talked family members to join us and now feel guilty I did. Luckily Bermuda was beautiful Also had 100 minutes of Wi-Fi that as soon as you signed on started to tick away versus other cruises it ticks away only when you go on line.

Started off bad and progressed from there! NO PARKING at the port. After having to pick a boarding time waited in line for 3 hours. Got on board and not even offered a glass of water.

There were only 2 very small pools. Extremely loud music everywhere, finally went to the brewery to sit and chat and a piano / singer started very loud and not very good

After being on many cruises first time experienced a bad room steward requested face clothes four times finally got them on the last day.

Only 2 small pools. “Adult” only area was very small and children swimming in the hot tub daily because not enough water areas for the number of travelers. Not enough outdoor areas to sunbath very crowded (I guess no Covid precautions) people jammed in, on the two days at sea unable to find a chair, no quiet areas to sunbath. Focus was on Haven areas and vibes where people pay more. We paid 2500.00 and I guess that is not enough.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. My family and I was on the Joy the 1st week in August. We did not have that experience. My granddaughter went to the kids club. There were plenty of spaces that were quiet. I will agree that on sea days the pool area was extremely crowded. So on those days, we spent time on the boardwalk deck or the observation deck. On dock days the pools and pool areas were empty. The room stewards on my floor, one was nicer than the next. My particular room steward Mohammed was wonderful!!! And very friendly. Hopefully your next cruise will be better whether with Norwegian or another cruise line. Because when you are spending a lot of money on vacation, you should have a great experience.

Wow. Sounds like you had your mind made up after the parking issue. Our trip was amazing on the Joy! Bermuda is beautiful and staff were great! It's all what you make of it. Cruiseline does not own the port, that's on New York.

@Gray Ghost. You can’t always put your stock on the profile for amount of cruises. I just joined last year and listed my three cruises only. I was not going to list all 75 of my cruises, they date back to the 70s😊. That may be the case here.
