on 1/7/2023 we went on a 7 day Cruise on the Jewel. there was noise in the room next to US we called front desk they said they will send someone to room to check it out. no one showed up. we went to the front desk and talked to them they said they will check on it they never got back with Us after the Question and Answer meeting I Talked to Steven and told him abought the noise je said he will check on it and get back with Me HE NEVER DID The MAN AT THE KARAOKY lounge did a bad job my Wife went up to sing 3 times and he pulled up the wrong songs. Not the best cruise/ship if you’re looking for lots of activity/entertainment. Great for people preferring smaller ships.

We have loved this itinerary and have sailed this cruise line with this itinerary 4 other times……this is the only time we have been this disappointed.

Love to cruise but never the Mexican Riviera again.

It was my daughter's first cruise and I felt like it was magical. We both had an excellent time.

The highlight of the ship was the staff. They were great. The food was average. The excursions were OK. Although I did not like being left in a store to make purchases. Almost missing the cruise because we were almost not picked up for transfer. Was super stressful. Getting home was horrendous because of the delay in catching the flight as well as how far away from our destination we were forced to fly before we finally got home that will be a dealbreaker next time.

A great opportunity to view Glacier National Park and the coastal redwoods at Muir Woods. Only 4-5 above average meals.

Overall, I really enjoyed my time with this cruise and happy to have nicer weather than expected! The only thing I would recommend to others would be to go end of August, early September as a lot of places were closed due to end of the season which was a bummer.

Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise as well as the 7 day Authentic Alaska Tour prior to the cruise. Recommend it highly. The scenery, flora and fauna in fall was breathtaking!

Cruising in Alaska was amazing!!! The Jewel was beautiful and peaceful! Very relaxing !!!

After rescheduling this trip repeatedly due to Covid for 2 years we were very excited and ready to enjoy. Unfortunately our trip started with issues of pickup transfers from the Anchorage airport to the hotel in which Cheap Cruises dropped the ball even after confirming they were arranged repeatedly and my customer service rep Shelley Walker was not at all responsive or helpful. Even now after returning and requesting a contact name for a supervisor/lead I have not received any information/name. My family and I have been loyal, repeated customers and this experience or lack of support and assistance is making us and our friend rethink our ongoing commitment to purchasing any future cruises via Cheap Cruises.

Grizzly bear lodge and anchorage Hilton were a step down we felt. All the wait time for Norwegian arranged 10:29pm flight that we had to wait all day and night to take.

Great time. Would cruise with Norwegian again. The crew was great, accommodations were good, ship was not too big, shows and choice of excursions was great. I loved the way you could plan the trip and pay for extras before going. Helped spread the cost out but also did not have to make plans during the trip. I have not been on a cruise for a number of years so this was new to me but the website and updates were a real great perk.

Great trip I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great views

We have found that NCL ships are somewhat better than other ships we have been on.

Enjoyed the cruise very much. Would do it again. Beautiful state. If we are able to do another cruise in this area we will schedule more excursions to see more of the area and hopefully see some bears and whales in their natural habitat

good ports , food and service as expected, entertainment some good some outdated. some areas restricted or too many extra fees, , ship too big snd crowded all the time.

We love NCL and the Jewel. This was an excellent itinerary and each port a new and different surprise. Alaska is a new favorite vacation that everyone should do at least once.

Grueling getting there and back, but other than that (and the on-board entertainment), we had a wonderful time.

We had a very low capacity of people on our cruise, so it was TERRIFIC! No lines and amazing friendly staff. The food was of good variety but not 5 star. Many of us in my family would have appreciated more vegan/no oil meal options.
