Every one we encountered were very pleasant and polite. The room steward was very professional and helpful.

The layout and design was very good, easy to get around and find what we were looking for.

Cabin / Stateroom

Everything was very comfortable and clean and satisfactory for my wife and I. The only problem was that there was only one electric receptacle requiring the use of an extension cord stretching from the vanity/TV area to beside the bed to provide power for my CPAP machine. It would be better to have lights above the bed with a receptacle in addition to the USB plug receptacle and light switch. These are very common in a lot of motel/hotel rooms.
