Destinations were great but the prior land portion was disappointing and the lack of customer support from Cheap Cruises was truly frustrating.

Review summary
After rescheduling this trip repeatedly due to Covid for 2 years we were very excited and ready to enjoy. Unfortunately our trip started with issues of pickup transfers from the Anchorage airport to the hotel in which Cheap Cruises dropped the ball even after confirming they were arranged repeatedly and my customer service rep Shelley Walker was not at all responsive or helpful. Even now after returning and requesting a contact name for a supervisor/lead I have not received any information/name. My family and I have been loyal, repeated customers and this experience or lack of support and assistance is making us and our friend rethink our ongoing commitment to purchasing any future cruises via Cheap Cruises.Embarkation
