on 1/7/2023 we went on a 7 day Cruise on the Jewel. there was noise in the room next to US we called front desk they said they will send someone to room to check it out. no one showed up. we went to the front desk and talked to them they said they will check on it they never got back with Us after the Question and Answer meeting I Talked to Steven and told him abought the noise je said he will check on it and get back with Me HE NEVER DID The MAN AT THE KARAOKY lounge did a bad job my Wife went up to sing 3 times and he pulled up the wrong songs.
