OkayDo not cruise on this ship. Food was cold. Same good for 14 days. Employees not friendly and some down right rude. Spa prices were out of control. 600 dollars for a couples massage. Drinks awful. Very watered down. Entertainment lame. Nickel and dime you to dead. Internet sucked

Most very rude. Few were smiling. Not knowledgeable. Need retraining man at shore excursion dead was rude to my husband. He actually got in my husbands face. No one should every be treated the way this man treated my husband.

It was the usually small cabin. One night I woke up to the strong smell of sewer. My husband said it smelled like gas. Do the cruise ships release the sewer in the ocean at night. It was hard to sleep because of the smell

Do not cruise with them. Worse vacation ever

It was raining. The excursion should have been canceled. We drove on some very dangerous roads which could have been a disaster but our driver was excellent. I feel as if they did not cancel because it would have been a refund to us and Norwegian would have lost money. It was all about the money for them

It rained. Our shore excursion onboard credit was taken back. When my husband tried to discuss this with the shore excursion desk the man was rude and got in my husbands face. Not acceptable
