I would not recommend the Jade for more reasons than I had listed. Our previous cruise on the Bliss was fantastic with amazing staff. Hard to believe there is such a difference. The ports were wonderful.

Service and food were poor at all restaurants and the buffet except for Cagney's. The buffet had the same choices for 14 days. towards the end of the cruise, they were running out of products (iced tea, onions, parm. cheese & etc.)

The singers in the lounges and bar areas were terrible. The shows on the big stage were pretty good.

Waiters/food servers - Terrible, need to be retrained!
Bartenders - most were excellent but there were a couple that were downright rude.

Design was terrible. To get to some locations you need to go up or down then back up or down. Had a few dead ends where you thought it would go in or through.
Cleanliness was top notch.
Cabin / Stateroom

Everything was good, it was just the smallest cabin we had ever been in. Bed was very comfortable.
Ship tip
The food in Jasmine was the best to me, but the service is the WORST!
Very cool island with all of it vegetation and spices. Lots of cars driving on hilly/small streets. Did a cool trek to a waterfall. Locals are very nice.
