Just average and a bit disappointed. Food was mediocre at best. Probably will not cruise again. Missed some of the sights because cruise ship tours only went to close cities and were rather pricey. Also, charged more than double the price of every hop on, hop off tour then if I were to purchase tickets at each location.

Nothing special about the food. Not even salmon was offered! On previous Norwegian cruises, the quality of food was much better. Specialty restaurants had better food but not worth the exorbitant price.

Some of the shows were better than usual, especially the acrobatic one, which was excellent!

Would have given 5 stars, but some of the people putting food out were not friendly. Waiters and waitresses were excellent.

Liked the older Jade since the room was better designed with more usable space. Nice to have a separate toilet area.

Very comfortable, clean, arranged nicely. Would have given 5 stars but every night there was noise above us.
Great leader for the excursion. With so many people using the cable cars and having to wait as long as 2 hours, another cable car network should be built. Too dangerous walking down over 500 steps to avoid the wait. Some people were injured.
Best excursion because leader was very knowledgeable as well as thoughtful for the people on this tour. Almost missed it because disembarkation was over 1 hour late.
Sorry, you didn't enjoy and lost your love for cruising. Maybe, take a break from it and if you do try again, book non ship excursions or small group tours
