Review summary

Great destination. Could have been a more efficient and friendly cruise experience. Insufficient staffing made for long lines and wait times for most events and restaurants.

Several dining venues were closed for entire cruise. Insufficient staffing. Cafeteria was very crowded as a result. Difficult during peak times to find a table.

Ping pong, swimming, shuffleboard. Long wait times to use ping pong tables.

Entertainment

Very crowded as well. Had to get there at least 20 minutes before show time to obtain 4 seats together.

Service and Staff

Somewhat rude at times. Certainly the smiles were gone after the second day of the cruise....probably due to understaffing. Limited English speakers.
