We liked the itinerary. Day at sea at beginning and end of cruise.

We had a great time on this trip, everything was awsome, ship had the best decor out of any cruise I have been on...modern not tacky Caribbean look.

Overall good cruise. Will choose Norwegian again. Service is extremely good.

Never will do Norwegian- prob will never cruise again, this left such a bad experience

Overall it was a fun cruise. We really enjoyed the amenities that Haven guests get. The theater shows were very good. The cirque show was outstanding with fantastic costumes and great circus acts. Frank Townsted gave a very good family friendly act. Rodney (the other comedian) was a bit off color for a family friendly act. Howl at the Moon made it very clear that if you wanted to hear a song you had better tip them well. Food ranged from OK to excellent. Service was very good.

I always cruise on celebrity, but there was not a cruise that worked out with our honeymoon. I had heard good things about Norwegian, but was a little disappointed by the lack of customer service, friendliness, and disparity between the specialty and main restaurants.

Despite large number of passengers, one never felt crowded or need to stand in any line, pleasantly surprised on how well the large number of passengers were handled. Everything was efficiently done. Several of the specialty restaurants were very good.

Although we got rest and saw some sites; This was not the Epic trip we had planned on. We, also, persuaded friends to go on the trip and felt bad because we had several issues. The food at the restaurants were not up to Par like the Norwegian Epic boat that we cruised on in March. I would not take this ship again. We are actually looking at booking a cruise with Royal Caribbean for March of this year. Things I loved was the entertainment, Bartenders and Housekeeping. Things that need work are Servers and the food.

Norweigan getaway cruise is very nice, food is an excellent specially buffet and fine dining, they served the premium alcohol if you buy the alcohol package. shows are very nice. overall experience is good.

It was OK but We did not like to asking extra for dining and entertainment. Dinning service was too slow and their see food( I was interested only sea food) was not good and all deserts was dry.

This shop was amazing! We loved the staff and the ports.

Nice clean big ship. Drink package with required gratuities makes it less desirable deal, but worth it for us. Bar lines were usually not bad and therer were servers to take drink orders during many events.

Bad smelling bathrooms,very smoky casino & 6th floor, some of staff couldn’t even understand any English

It was okay. I wasn’t impressed and won’t use Norwegian again. They nickel and dime you as much as possible. The laundry towels,sheets,pillow cases didn’t smell fresh. I was not impressed. WiFi sucked.

Okay but I have had better Cruise. By this been new cruise ship I just thought there's going to be a lot more to do on board

Great boat, service and room, great food and drinks and entertainment… ports of call could have been better. Pool is a little small but plenty of lounge chairs.

So much to say! The Getaway has the Headliners Comedy Club and also the Art Auction! We attended both - fun and interesting, respectively! All of the entertainment was spectacular! Great cruise! Highly recommend!*****

While my family had a good time overall on the cruise, I was disappointed with our experience in comparison to other cruise lines I have enjoyed. Because of that, I doubt I will cruise with Norwegian again.

I found out after coming back that Norwegian is known for not having good food. This was my 1st time on Norwegian and will be my last. Out of 12 cruises this the worst

This cruise was a bit of a disappointment after a really positive experience on our first Norwegian Cruise. Love the Ultimate Beverage Package. But it was hard to get service. Some staff were really friendly. Others seemed to be going through the motions. The boat is crowded and there are lots of added on charges for things like room service, specialty dining, coffee, etc. Carpet and cushioned furniture is starting to show wear. Going on another cruise in February to break up the winter. But I think I’ll try another line
