Bathroom smelled like urine no Mather how much they would clean & public bathrooms especially on 7th floor were dirty & very smelly

I agree with the comment about the smoky casino. It also tended to spread to other areas as well. Coming from a place where smoking in public spaces is prohibited it was a little tough to take for me. My experience with the bathrooms was quite different. I found them always clean and fresh. I didn’t find any nickel and diming either. After reading the NCL website and this forum I had a pretty accurate idea of what to expect. There were no surprises with any charges. We had a long wait to get in the ship as well however with around four thousand people wanting on too you just gotta expect some delays and prepare for it.

The Dawn has many free restaurants and there are no paid shows on the Dawn.. Not like Getaway, Breakaway, Escape or Epic where you pay for the Cirque show, but that is a specialty restaurant.

I think the nickle and dime comment is because a majority of the restaurants aren’t included. U pay extra. And some of the shows aren’t included. U pay extra.

I am on the Getaway in 10 days your negative comments will not spoil my trip. Nothing is perfect, get over it or do not cruise!

They don’t nickel and dime you. I’ve never smelt the bathrooms smelling of urine. And never encountered anything dirty while on NCL ships!! Embankment all the times I’ve went. Have been very fast. Are you sure you were on the Norwegian and not the Carnival🤔

Usually boarding starts noonish. Did you show up early for check in and had to wait for boarding?? I’ve never been nickeled&dimed. I always know what my charges are before I make final payment

Do explain nickel and diming. As all cruise lines now have specialty restaurants that charge a fee as well for room service. Not just an NCL thing.
