Although we got rest and saw some sites; This was not the Epic trip we had planned on. We, also, persuaded friends to go on the trip and felt bad because we had several issues. The food at the restaurants were not up to Par like the Norwegian Epic boat that we cruised on in March. I would not take this ship again. We are actually looking at booking a cruise with Royal Caribbean for March of this year. Things I loved was the entertainment, Bartenders and Housekeeping. Things that need work are Servers and the food.

Loved the dueling piano bar, especially Rob what a talent. The quartet show was amazing. Especially enjoyed the last night on the ship when the entertainers came to the dueling piano bar and sang. Amazing. Wonderful talent on this ship.

Housekeeping was amazing, He was very attentive and new our names the first day. Would love to have him again. Bartenders were amazing, polite, friendly and quick. Fabio in onboard activities had the best attitude and was so fun.

Our cabin was as expected. Just wish the balconies were the same size as the balconies on the Epic.
My daughter did a diving excursion with sketchy equipment. Took 3 tries to get a regulator that worked. My husband and I were going to just hang out but sewage was dumping into the beach water and really was anywhere to go.
We got off of the ship early, dragging our bags. We wove around the front of the ship for 10 minutes then were told to walk to the back of the ship to disembark. We were routed to the Non-US resident line although we were US Residents. The time at customs was longer because we were placed in the wrong line, frustrating.
