great fall break cruise. Haven is supposed to be exclusive but it felt overcrowded in the private pool area as well as the private dining room.

The ports of call were amazing. The room was amazing as well. But the staff made this trip not so enjoyable.

We were rerouted because of the Hurricane Michael but still had a great time. We visited Falmouth and Grand Cayman instead of Honduras and Belize.

Worst Norwegian cruise ever..do not sail on this ship.money wasted...worst customer service on a norwegian.i used to love norwegian..I am a platinum latitudes member..soda package is fountain Pepsi only so at 2am nothing for kids to drink..bar manager was hateful..alot of complaints on this boat..I will cruise msc or royal next time...money wasted for a horrible vacation..because of mother nature which I know was not their fault we landed in the nastiest part and trashiest of jamaica..falmouth jamaica..traah

From embarkation to the end of the cruise the experience was amazing! All ot the family had fun, food option is the best, love the diversity and inclusion of diffenrebr culture thru all the ship amenities!! Secret River tour in cozumel was out of this world!

Had a wonderful trip with my family but was definitely disappointed with the cruise itself.

Had a really great time with no worries. Book this cruise last minute and we had no issues at all. Very smooth and really nice.

Service from the beginning to end was the worst I have ever experienced on any cruise ship. I had smokers on the balcony next of me, called twice, nothing fixed. Every time my room was cleaned, I was either missing glasses, missing towels, floor not vacuumed. Also, the air conditioning in the staterooms only stays on for 10 minutes and you have to turn it on again, sleeping was miserable! I went to Modermo's specialty dining on 2nd night, service was so poor I cancelled all my other nights at the other restaurants. My water glass stayed empty the entire meal, and my plate was empty constantly waiting for them to come around! Also, EVERY time I ate at the buffet, the ice machines were empty, seriously, EVERY time! When you tell someone, they just shrug their shoulders! This was my first and last cruise on Norwegian, I would highly discourage anyone from cruising with them.

Cozumel and Belize are wonderful!! Paradise Beach is where we went in Cozumel!! This was our favorite place. People come and serve you food and drinks right at your chair from tacos to pizza and hamburgers. The inflatables on the water are so much fun!! I can’t say enough good things about it!!

I was not impressed by Norwegian Getaway. This was my first time on a Norwegian ship. I expected better/different than what I experienced. The cabin was nice. Other than that, there isn't much positive I can say.

It was good experience. However, I got charged with gratuity which it should be covered by the promotion with Delta Airline Cruise Travel. Even today, I didn't get the refund back. Hope someone can help...

This was our 3rd cruise and our first on Norwegian. It just didn't quite live up to our prior experiences. Most disappointing was the food and the food service staff. But the ports, the excursions, and the room were all good.

We've sailed with Norwegian in the past and have signed up for another cruise with them. The only real complaint this time was the boarding process. We were given a pass for Boarding 1. When they opened the gate for boarding, they let EVERYONE in at the same time, no matter what number you were given. SO disorganized! This is out of the norm, so we are taking a chance on another cruise. The only other complaint was the lack of good food this time. If we didn't eat in the specialized restaurants, the food was just "so so" which was disappointing.

Overall this was a great cruise. I really felt welcomed and cared for by the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I didn’t enjoy costa maya or Belize ports because they were overly touristy and not worth seeing much. The private island is only good if you want to be in a pool with 500+ other people. They offered a ferry to the mainland for a cost, and the mainland area would have been great (stayed in that area on a separate trip to Belize), but they don’t let you leave the tourist areas so I didn’t feel it was worth 40-50 per person. Cozumel and Roatan were great and you could easily leave the main tourist area without issue. For entertainment, it left a lot to be desired. The Cirque show seating was a joke. They didn’t plan that set up logically. The dancing acts were mediocre at best with the same steps being performed over and over and no one was in sync.

I would probably take Norwegian again if it had the itinerary I wanted but if there was another choice, I'd probably go with another cruise line. The ship and staff were great but you go on a cruise for the food too and Norwegian has a long way to go in that department if you're not eating specialty dining. They seem to nickel and dime you all the way through too. Expect a hefty charge at the end of the cruise.

All and all a good cruise. Food was great. No kids tripping you or splashing you because they had their own area. The drinks were delicious and didn't have to wait a long time to get them. Very Clean just needs a little more maintenance. The ship is due for a refresh in April of the coming year.

Cruise was very enjoyable with a top notch staff. Food could have been better with more options for lunch and mid day snacks. The room was nice but closet and bathroom layout a bit awkward. Also a bit redundant with both a butler and porter, only one of them needed. Never knew what to do with both or what was available for either.

Beautiful boat. Very large. Smooth ride for the most part. Well designed layout. For her size, didn't seem like nearly enough activities going on. Shows repeat several times instead of new ones every night. Great crew. Splurge on the upgraded dining.

We booked this cruise just to try a Haven suite but learned we were on the opposite end of the ship--aft 14872. the Haven suites, private restaurant, lounge and pool are excellent but 16th deck forward. Our suite was smaller the our trip on the Star which was half the price. The casino was filthy and the drink service was almost non-existing with smokers using cups for ashtrays due to lack of them.
