All and all a good cruise. Food was great. No kids tripping you or splashing you because they had their own area. The drinks were delicious and didn't have to wait a long time to get them. Very Clean just needs a little more maintenance. The ship is due for a refresh in April of the coming year.

Long line although we got there in our allotted time slot. Also wanted you to fill something out but had no pens to do so. Carnival did a much better Embarkation by having you fill out the questionnaire before you got there and taking the picture off your passport.

NO LINES!!! It was amazing! Only minor complaint was that Margaritaville was only open from 12-5 every day.

The toilets had an issue. At one point there was not a men's room that was working on the entire 15th floor which is the main cabin. Lay out was good and they were always cleaning though.
Cabin / Stateroom

Had issues with the tv working, they had to come 3 times and fix the toilet. Also there was very little room to get around the bed to the window side of the room.
Ship tip
Make sure to try out the Margritaville Bar (Chill Bar) while you are there, they have a different drink menu and amazing nachos
Did a snorkeling excursion. Brought us to the other side of the island where everyone was very nice. (I would recommend doing your excursions through Norwegian not a separate site. We went through the Crusies.com site for the excursion and it was very difficult to find the meeting place for the excursion. No one on the excursion staff spoke English and they told us we could look around for a bit and just come back to their stand to get a ride back to port, we waited at the stand for 20 mins and no was ever came back to the stand staff wise. We ended up having to take a taxi back to port) The pool back at port was great and had everyone dancing and having fun though!
