Worst Norwegian cruise ever..do not sail on this ship.money wasted...worst customer service on a norwegian.i used to love norwegian..I am a platinum latitudes member..soda package is fountain Pepsi only so at 2am nothing for kids to drink..bar manager was hateful..alot of complaints on this boat..I will cruise msc or royal next time...money wasted for a horrible vacation..because of mother nature which I know was not their fault we landed in the nastiest part and trashiest of jamaica..falmouth jamaica..traah

I agree with all the comments. We had a wonderful time on the Getaway in Oct 2018. Complaints seemed strange - you were mad your kids could only get Pepsi at 2am??? The whole ship is Pepsi products all the time and maybe kids should just be sleeping at 2am. And if you didn’t like your port of call you can stay on the ship. They don’t make you get off.

35 cruises and counting, 6 times on the Getaway alone, NCL and RCI fan, I do not work for any cruise line: I believe this person got off to a bad start and obsessed about it and then fixated and on every little dislike from there. This is a recipe for disaster. If and when you have an incident to your dislike PLEASE, please put it in writing to the hotel director, he will take steps to help you, even if it is an apology with wine or fruit, it's something to ease the pain and move on with your ONE week vacation. Folks you only have one week to get it right, don't lose your hard earn vacation to be filled with hate. NCL has some of the best and friendliest crew at sea. This person refused to elaborate on the problem. Sometimes you have to ask yourself; is it the whole world or just me to get things right. I would cruise this ship again and again in a heart beat. I like NCL so much that I will be looking exclusively at NCL cruises from now on, so cruise with confidence on NCL.

I agree mojitomeg, fake news. Getaway was great when we were on., even though it's been 4 years, but it still gets great reviews. Also, this shipmate has no cruises listed.

We were on the Getaway in February and had a great cruise. Entertainment was excellent. Absolutely loved Million Dollar Quartet. This poster needs to give some details.
