The main restaurants and pool area are prett crowded but got a last minute deal for haven upgrade and it was worth it. The pool is empty most of the time and hot tub is same thing. There was only 200 haven passengers so it didn’t feel crowded at all in haven courtyard.
Embarkation

We were in haven lounge when it got really full that it took so long to board. Our daughter’s keycard ended up having problems we couldn’t board and got separated from the concierge while boarding so we got lost.

Mostly ate all meals at haven restaurant. Well done as all meals are cooked to order unlike the main dining rooms

Cabin / Stateroom

Size was pretty spacious for a cruise cabin. Living room with sofa convertible to single bed, dining table with 4 chairs, a king size bedroom with tons of storage. Big bathroom with separate tub and rain shower. Very quiet room with exception of whenever we are docking, the whole front makes a vibrating sound and wakes us up. But would definitely stay again
Ship tip
Check the price of Haven 4 weeks prior to sailing and see if you can get a good deal for upgrade
When staying in haven, the concierge will escort you out directly to the exit via service elevators exclusively for haven passengers so we were out, grabbed our bags and into a cab in 15 mins
Wow thanks I have a balcony cabin for the 1/2/24 cruise. I will check back about a month before cruising for a room upgrade. I never did or tried that I’m hoping since I’m going off season I could get a good deal. How much more you think I would pay for a haven. Thanks
