I would give it a 5 if not for the temperature. The food at the buffet and Osheehan was cold. Also, you need more casual eating without having to sit down and have a waiter serve

Activities were geared to the older crowd. The pool was overcrowded.

Burn the floor was great. Zennhitt band sessions rescued this cruise for me. They were amazing!

The staff is completely committed, friendly, devoted, hardworking and professional. I can’t say enough good things. They’re overworked in my opinion

Cleanliness is a 5. Design is a 1 because the atrium is not the best hangout spot. Crowded and no seat. Not enough places to lounge while watching the ocean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cleanliness is a 5! Size and comfort leave much to be desired. Those rooms should be for 2 people. Bunk beds were innovative but they were neither convenient nor comfortable
Ship tip
Be nice to the staff. They work hard to make your vacation a success. Be generous to them
Because Norwegian unilaterally decided to disappoint its paying customers by skipping it without notice let alone explanation. This common and dishonest practiced is hidden in fine print to legally protect itself. That’s the main reason I won’t trust Norwegian with my money and precious time again
Sorry you were disappointed. We went to Greece and areas near Greece on the Getaway and dispite missing 3 ports and rerouted to 2 other ports we had a wonderful trip.
