Got married on board in embarkation day and it was the best week I’ve ever had with my family. Cruise director Jacky Tang was incredible and Marianne from the pool deck was a gem. She made our whole trip.

this was our anniversary trip and Norwegian made us feel special everywhere we went. from the chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room to getting seated by the chef for dinner. cant say enough about how amazing the staff are they are always smiling and welcoming you to dinner or a event.

I was impressed with service and food. I Liked that it is a younger crowd

Not sure if we will continue with Norwegian. Food was a big letdown. Entertainment could have been better.

Good cruise and maybe go on this ship again sooner

Weather was only so so, but overall experience was great. Escape is a great shop

Met some great people, had a nice trip and saw some great new places, even with some cold weather on a couple of days.

We purchased the ultimate arcade package and the card could access everything in the arcade so we assumed it was good to go! We had no idea that the ultimate arcade card was only for certain coloured games! This was never explained to us when we purchase this through our travel agent!It shouldn’t have or it should’ve been clearly explain to us. I also took my kids off of my credit card but the ship errored and continued to allow them to charge things on my credit card through the arcade. When I brought this up to the casino he said he would take care of it and he never did we had to go to guest services several times and take the credit card off and they still continue to charge! We went to the casino again and he said he would handle it and on the second day that the cruise told us there was nothing he could do!

What can I say but the food was amazing! This is the one thing that sets NCL apart form any other cruise line.

Cruise was enjoyable. Staff were great. Bed bugs were of a major concern but staff did best to rectify. Still hope I didnt bring any home. Really enjoyed the Solo group, great addition. Shows were good

Me and my wife both loved it. We have done many all inclusive vacation on lands, Bahamas., Mexico, Dominican Republic and this was our 3 cruise, and we both agree that our cruise on the Escape i was our best vacation. Plan on doing it again, very soon.

Three things...... Jackie Tang is the BEST cruise director! Don't miss the mojito tasting! The Jose Cuervo tequila tasting excursion is so much fun!

Overall it was a great experience! Highly recommend for families!

We had an amazing time. First time not being home for Christmas and we are already looking to book again next year. Great job Norwegian!!

Enjoyed this cruise and all aspects of it, first time travelling solo and was an amazing experience.

If the ship offers a cigar room for wet days there should be one for smokers

Our 1st cruise with NCL was amazing. We really enjoyed every thing especially the rest and relaxation.

Next cruise I hope to try a different line such as Royal Carribbean.
