Not sure if we will continue with Norwegian. Food was a big letdown. Entertainment could have been better.

Lots of things are no longer available in the main complimentary dining rooms: Prime rib, shrimp, lobster, any steak other than sirloin (not the best cut) and New York (not the best cut), baked Alaska, shrimp or chicken added to Cesar salad, etc. Mostly fish and chicken dishes.

Had an issue with guest services when both the room keys would not work. It was late, and they wanted us to come down to have them redone. Asked to have someone come up to unlock the cabin and we would take care of it in the morning. They said they would try, but wouldn't guarantee it. Waited almost 30 minutes. Called a third time, and asked for Hotel Supervisor, and they wanted to know why, and we again explained the problem. Someone came up within in a few minutes.
The room steward and dining room staff were excellent.
No survey was sent out.

Was very comfortable. Enjoyed the couch and coffee maker. Balcony had two chairs, table, and lounge. Was a bump out.
