How do u not understand the fire hazard of smoking on the outside deck of a ship!!! Not to mention the liter that it also creates. Try to toss a burning butt over the rail...where do u think it lands? Not in the water! Ever see a fire on a boat? IT BURNS right on TOP of the water. Go ahead and kill yourself slowly but at least have the common courtesy to follow the rules for the safety of the ship!!

A cigar bar is for cigars!!!! You can can cigarettes outside!!!
