The Cruise ship was clean and everybody was friendly. This is our second time on the NCL Escape ship. Food was great. The Internet wasn’t the best but manageable. Great services and shows.

If you have any specialty dining, go to Cagney’s! The sushi at Food Republic was excellent! The main dining rooms and buffet had plenty of options for everyone. The only meal I was disappointed with was the prime rib.

I have done 10 cruises. First time for NCL It will be the last. I don't like the freestyle. Extra money if u want.good food. Bar mixed drinks weak I'm not a big drinker. I tend to get tipsy easy But I had 4 drinks with no feeling of tipsy.

Overall, we had a great time. Missing one of the ports was a huge let down, but it's due to safety reasons for not having a dock. I don't think NCL should include ports that they can't consistently visit (feels like a bait and switch). The major reason we chose this over others was that there are 4 ports of call... which really turned into 3.

Wonderful itinerary on a nice ship. The staff were fabulous as we've come to expect from NCL. As is always the case, we wish there'd been more time spent in some of the ports, but that comes with the territory. Will definitely book on NCL again for a future European cruise.

Overall the cruise was excellent. Only major issue was working with Norwegian Air department and getting stuck at Rome airport with no assistance from Norwegian even though we had purchased our tickets through Norwegian and they booked our flights. After reading several reviews after finally getting back, may folks have had the same experience.

This was my husband’s first first cruise because he was afraid to cruise and my sixth. He says he could get a cruise ship now and not get off due to the food, the activities and the entertainment. Very high praise coming from him! We love NCL!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NCL ITSELF IS TERRIBLE AS THEY ROUTINELY MIS INFORM REGARDING THE SHIP, ONBOARD SERVICES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE COMPANY AND THEY JUST BLEW THEM OFF.

Overall i had an awesome trip. I spent 2 days prior to embarkation in Rome and got to see most of the historic sites before boarding the train at termini to Civitavecchia cruise port. I researched all the ports and was well informed of the important aspects and cultural norms of the port cities therefore my approach to these countries was of utmost respect. I was in awe of the preservation of the historical sites. I always have fun on the escape from the food entertainment ports of call and staff, it was amazing. the cruise director Alvin and his assistant Jeff were hilarious. My room steward Andi was a professional. There was never a dull moment for me on this trip. 💕

On the whole we had an amazing time. There were definitely people with covid on board as many people were coughing and spluttering. The covid protocols seem to be much more relaxed now.

Ports were lovely can’t wait to visit them again, especially after I injured my foot, next time we will be visiting all the ports & getting off the ship.

Did not go to Greece even though it said Greek isles. with 8 ports in Greece that ncl goes too could not even get a port in Greece.

Very unhappy with NCL booking agents. The lack of compassion and willingness to help resolve a NCL booking error will be something I will never get past.

The ship is beautiful and we had a great time on our once in a lifetime trip to the Mediterranean.

HAVEN the bestest and amazing bar tenders who work 24/7 to make our holiday amazing.. the room omg out of this world it feels like home and it was amazing experience il be back soon THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME AMAZING HOLIDAY FOR ME AND MY KIDS

Noisy cruise in the Med in the Haven on NCL Escape

First - The staff was amazing. The bartenders were attentive and knowledgeable. The surveys were always asking about allergies. Everyone said hi in passing. Our house keeper even knew our names without an introduction. The staff was the best part of our vacation! Second - I'm not going to complain about Mykonos and Athens switching days and eventually Mykonos being cancelled. I don't work in transportation logistics and I've only driven a fishing boat once. I'm sure the experts at Norwegian and the Captain made the best decisions they could. Third - it's hot in the Mediterranean this time of year. Unnecessarily, unreasonablely, stupid hot. We average 7 miles of walking at every port. We're in our early 40s and I'm in 10k running shape and we struggled every day. I cannot stress enough how important mobility is for this itinerary. You will need to be prepared and hydrated, and unless you're someone that lives for 90 degrees 90% humidity, you're going to suffer regardless. Overall we loved our vacation! We learned, we laughed, we cried (at the sun). Highly recommend Norwegian and this itinerary!

After Corfu canceled for a short time at several ports, they canceled Mykonos due to bad weather and moved Athens to another day. Anyway it was a great itinerary The crew very friendly and attentive, and the shows great. Choir of Man and lights un shadows were amazing! I think malevo was good but so long.

Cruise was good but not great. This was a very special occasion for us (honeymoon) and NCL did nothing for us. No decorations, no bottle of wine, no upgrade, not even a card. We did however get a small cake at one of our speciality dinners.
