THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NCL ITSELF IS TERRIBLE AS THEY ROUTINELY MIS INFORM REGARDING THE SHIP, ONBOARD SERVICES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE COMPANY AND THEY JUST BLEW THEM OFF.

THE SIZE WAS CLEARLY FALSELY ADVERTISED BY NCL AS 331 SQ FT FOR THE ROOM ITSELF, WITH A BALCONY OF 124 SQ FT, WHEN IN FACT THE ROOM WAS ONLY 207 SQ FT. INFORMATION FROM NCL INDICATES THAT ROOMS IN THE CLUB SUITE CLASS ARE BETWEEN 251-513 SQ FT, WITH BALCONIES IN A RANGE AS WELL. THIS FROM NCL'S WEBSITE REGARDING CRUISES ON THE ESCAPE FOR 2023, AND WHAT WE RELIED ON FOR OUR CRUISE.

BE WARY OF ANYTHING CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS, THEY ARE PAID TO EXTRACT MONEY, NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL TRY AND CHARGE YOU FOR PRIORITY DISEMBARKATION, BUT THERE IS NO NEED TO PAY FOR THIS AS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO VACATE YOUR ROOM BY 8:30 AM, AND THERE IS NO BAR TO LEAVING THE SHIP AS EARLY AS YOU WANT.

I call BS!! You just read the info wrong, their information is correct! Stop trying to get you money back- you won't because you are wrong. And, I'm sure you measured your cabin!!! If you did, you have more issues than I can explain.

I don’t think I would ever go on a cruise just to measure the cabin to complain. If something else was wrong with your cruise that was so bad you never mentioned it.

I have looked up the details on the NCL site and in fact the dimensions are correct. Where you went wrong is you made the mistake of thinking the total size (Including balcony) was 324. That number it the total and you had to deduct the 124 for the balcony. I checked other cruise sites and they all list the same dimensions. Cabins on a cruise ship are smaller than your average hotel room perhaps maybe cruising is not for you.

Priority disembarkation is entirely your choice they don’t force it on you. And did you really measure your cabin and balcony? I feel sorry for people who can’t just feel lucky to be on holiday and enjoy it.
