Great people, great ship, nice stops. Freestyle dining was excellent and provided a lot of flexibility to our trip. The onboard entertainment was excellent.

This is the first time I have cruised with Norwegian. I will definitely travel with them again. Ship was very clean, staff was very nice and it was overall and great vacation.

This was my 7th cruise with NCL and the Escape has by far been my favorite ship. There is always something to do around every corner. I loved this itinerary as well. The food was amazing and there was so much to do. I got a club balcony suite, but never really spent much time in my stateroom. There were only a few times that I stepped foot on my balcony, to be honest. My room was also very quiet and peaceful. I got plenty of relaxation on my cruise and didn't feel overly tired when I returned home. It was a perfect trip for my family of three.

We loved it!! The staff was very helpful and polite.

I do not recommend the resort excursion in the Dominican. Total waste of money. I would rate the resort nothing more than two stars and then be prepared to get haggled by folks to sell their goods. It was a rough 4 hours of saying no thank you

I think you get my meaning with my other comments. Mass of humanity—-To to many people, waiting on everything, have to show up hours before anything starts to just to get standing room only, staff over worked and frustrated—-if this is cruising post COVID I for one will wait along time to ever book a cruise again.

This was my 13th cruise, 6th on NCL and found it too crowded and not as enjoyable as my previous 12 cruises. So disappointed in this cruise we canceled an upcoming cruise on this ship in October 2023.

Great cruise.... ... wonderful speciality dining ....The Garden Cafe, Manhattan Room, Savor, Taste were very good.. Waiters all were very attentive to your needs and very friendly... All in all, it was a great cruise...

Different Islands, same experience. With the exception of St. Thomas, we go for the ship rather than the ports of call. Sadly I was disappointed with the layout of the NCL Escape and the entertainment provided. Additionally, with the exception of the dining options which can be booked in advance, all shows can only be booked once on board. However, our attempts to do so only resulted in notices that shows we were interested were already booked with no available dates, leaving us to wait in stand-by lines. Oft times we were unable to get in. NCL's booking system needs to be improved.

We will never cruise on a ship this size again. We cruised on Norwegian Encore to Alaska in September 2022 and it was excellent. Maybe not as crowded?? We arranged for three other couples to join us and we're slightly embarrassed because of the pool area over crowding.and excursion time changes. Overall just okay experience

We will never go on a large ship again. There were times you couldn’t move - elevators were always packed and you would have to wait for several to even get one. Drinking is 😳 It was definitely a “party atmosphere “.

This cruise on Norwegian Escape was completely full, which we were prepared for as it was a school vacation week for many. There were a lot of families and large groups on board. We were fortunate enough to have excellent weather and we had a good time with our good friends.

Cruise was good, only negative is NCL going back to the mass muster. Ridiculous.

I do have to say that the week we went was the Presidents birthday week and there were a lot of families with children. Although it was crowded, I heard the ship was at 100% capacity, the kids were all great. there were also a lot of teachers on the trip as well, because really they need a break too!

It was a good week but very over crowded. The staff was very excellent would go to extremes to help or solve any problems. Excellent entertainment on board. All shore excursions and extras on Great Stirrup Cay were very expensive and not worth the price.

If ship was not over crowed it would have been more enjoyable

I expected more from the food buffet and was displeased with service around the pool area. The crew was friendly and helpful.

It started off bad from the start when the staff was rude to us and just kept getting bad from there. Our room was cramped and set up for a couple instead of two singles. Nobody seemed in a good mood. Servers were over worked and tired. Same servers all the time. Then they wouldn’t let us off thhe ship cause I owed a 8,000 bill from medical when I had an asthma attack from something triggered by an allergen on the ship. I had already paid them 3,000 but they wanted more. They even asked if my friend would use her credit care and pay my bill. The nerve of these people. I was outraged. I told them my bank was closed today cause it’s a Saturday and I can’t do anything about getting them anymore money. They were threatening to not let me off the ship if I didn’t come up with more Money. So I finally signed a promissory note and they let me off the boat. And not to mention the boat was so over booked. It had 4500 people and there and you could tell it. We will never go on Norwegian again

My wife and I were very disappointed in the cruise. Food was uninspired and bland. The Buffett reminded me of my college cafeteria days. Shows were amazing. Pool area was small and very over crowded. We will not be repeating with Norwegian

We got home and had Covid. My husband has never had it before
