Beautiful poets and ship! Staff so friendly!! Great food and drinks. The excursions we chose were al wonderful. Harvest Caye was gorgeous with no excursions necessary

We had a blast on our cruise. Many memories made and can't wait till our next one. The Escape is a beautiful ship. We booked another while on board.

It was very good. Ship amazing. Beverage package was the best thing ever. I would definetely use them again...................................................

Worst cruise. Everyone says carnival is a party ship...I am not a party person but I also didn't like that you couldn't get good food after 1000 and any food after 1130. The food was all the same. They advertise that they have so many restaurants to choose from...only if you pay if not you eat the same food for 7 days. Staff is rude and doesn't try to make it a good cruise.

Overall, we had a great experience on the Escape and would highly recommend it! The ship had many amazing features, the entertainment was outstanding, and the bars and food we found to be above average!

We were booked to go on the Eastern Caribbean and wanted to change to another destination as we have been to the Western Caribbean several times and we're told that would would lose our money if we did not go. Very little to do in the ports of call that have not been done. Disappointed in the theater on this ship. Very plain Jane and uncomfortable compared to other Cruise Lines we have been on. The food was some of the best we have ever had. One Saving Grace. The staff was very nice but it seemed a lot did not speak English, but there were a lot of people on this cruise that did not speak English.

This was a great cruise, even though we were scheduled to go on the eastern side. The itinerary was changed to visit the Western Caribbean, but that was all good. Never the less, it was a fun and relaxing cruise as we love cruising with Norwegian Cruise Lines. The best part of the whole adventure is the casual style.

Had a wonderful time with family and friends. Always found something to do aboard the ship even when in port Definitely would do this ship again. Looking forward to a future cruise with an Norwegian ship. Found the Norwegian Escape a beautiful vessel.

When all is said and done you were away from work for 7 days so who could really complain. Be careful booking during Hurricane Season because the waters were a little rocky if you get seasick.

Great ports, great food, so-so ship experience. The cruise line came highly recommended online and through friends. However, we were quite disappointed by the overall experience.

We absolutely enjoyed our cruise with Norwegian on the Escape and do plan on going on another one next year. We have cruised twice now with Norwegian, on both the Escape and the Jewel (Alaska). We are going to do Bermuda next!!

Norwegian Escape is a beautiful ship with a fantastic staff. All was good, except for a very crowded pool. Teppenyaki and Vibe bar were great experiences. The welcome back to the ship in cozumel was FANTASTIC!

The cruise was great, I loved the bands and the food was really good. If I had to complain it would be about the size of the cabin (balcony) extremely small.

We r already making plans to go back! It was a great experience. The food and entertainment was amazing. There was always something to do from the early morning til wee hours. The ship was very clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. They even knew our names at a couple places out of all the people that were there.

This was our 5th cruise with NCL. We just wanted to relax--that is why we didn't do any excursions. We had a peace filled vacation. We just did what we wanted to do, when we wanted to do it.

Room attendant was very rood and poorly when it comes to clean 3 times he didnt lift the seat cuz it was still dirty twice he left bedsheets dirty and he never replace my kids sheets my son bleed tru his nose and the blood was there all week even tho i let him know

It was one of the nicest trips we had been on. We loved the freestyle dining. The crew and food were amazing. We already planning our next cruise on this ship.

We enjoyed our cruise very much. We had a balcony room and my husband and adult son easily and comfortably enjoyed the room. The cruise was relaxing and filled with great entertainment, food and drink.

Overall it was great. The kids loved it too. They learned to make sushi and towel animals. The ports were good too. Not much to do in Costa Maya but there is a great pool.

Have cruised other lines this was by far the worst will never cruise Norwegian again. We felt harassed and mistreated all seven days.The staff didn't clean ship was dirty.
