When all is said and done you were away from work for 7 days so who could really complain. Be careful booking during Hurricane Season because the waters were a little rocky if you get seasick.

Check-in was easy. Once on the ship there was so much to do before we left. And the sail away party made it that much more exciting.

Every single worker on the ship was kind and willing to help as much as they could. If they could not help they found someone or showed you where to go.

The maps by the elevator were very helpful with always finding where you had to go. And there was always people cleaning.

I'm not sure how we got it but we had the best room possible. The views from the balcony were amazing.
My only complaint and negative review would have to be from this port. When we were leaving the ship we asked how do we get to the beach. The worker from Norwegian Cruise Line told us it was his first day and he does not know but he sure someone down there could help us. Once arriving down in the shopping area it was mass chaos getting a cab to the beach. They were fighting for us and it was very overwhelming. Nobody from Norwegian was able to explain at the beach was not directly near the boat but instead 25 minutes away.
We did the water park with the zip lining and it was absolutely amazing. It was so close to the ship we were able to be back on the boat immediately after leaving the place.
This was our favorite port. There was so much to do once arriving outside the gates. We did the catamaran snorkel and beach party. It was so easy to get to from the ship.
I should really read this is zero because who really wants to go home. But leaving your luggage outside the door and having it ready for you the next day when you go through customs was very easy.
