Review summary

This ship is not kid friendly. This was our first cruise with Norwegian and it sucked. The staff was unfriendly in every part of the ship. The pools were only open for kids after 7 pm. The food is limited on our....and not very good....I think because they want you to pay extra to upgrade to the places you have to pay $35 each for.

As it was said in a previous review The cruise is what YOU make of it. I’ve never been on a bad cruise because we look for the fun not the bad

As for your room being cleaned, did you flip the switch to let the steward know? And did you expect the food places to be open all the time? O'Sheehans is open 24 hrs along with the pizza. Please dont bother to cruise again because its obviously not for you.

Agree..my girlfriend and i sailed on the Escape and wasnt really impressed all around. Huge ship but no room to go about in the buffet line...we did enjoy the food in the fine dining though...shows were limited..we'll probably stick with Carnival

This doesn’t seem like NCL at all. Every cruise we went on the kids had a blast! Did they do the water slides, rope course, arcades bowling, Kids or teen clubs?? We are going on the escape in April and hopefully we have an amazing time
