Had a good time on the cruise but was disappointed on the that there were not venues where one could ballroom dance

Review summary

Overall I enjoyed this cruise and the ship. I was disappointed at the limited places to dance but had a good time none the less. The Skyline Bar did offer a dance floor but it was in the middle of a smoky casino and in was extremely loud

I enjoyed the restaurants and the food was good. The Manhattan Dining room offered the ships best place to Ballroom dance but as it was a main dining room there was always a line waiting so they did not want you to linger. Additionally the entertainment was more of a show as opposed to allowing folks to dance.

Loved the Wine Lovers Musical. Hated the Brat Pack. Enjoyed Orly Penante; he was the best entertainer that I have heard on any cruise so fay, Enjoyed the Classic tones; they were the most danceable group on the ship. I did like the District Brew House as it was out of the way. It did have entertainment but there was no place to dance. The four tables in front of there entertainment should be removed to open up a same area to dance.

I thought the design and layout was good. There were a few bottle neck areas but thats pretty to be expected.

Since most of my friends are ballroom dancers I would tell them not to expect many opportunities to dance.

Didn’t you go to the deck party? There’s one every night at Spice H2O. Lots of fun and dancing going on there.
