Enjoyed the amenities of the ship and the gorgeous island of Bermuda. One suggestion is to enclose the casino why as a no smoker should I have to breath in smoke.

Boat has so much to keep you busy. Bermuda is absolutely beautiful! We loved this vacation!

THE FOOD HAS GONE WAY DOWN HILL , THE CHOICES ARE FEW AND THE STYLE IS ALL THE SAME..THE MENU HAS BEEN DEPLETED AND THE FOOD IS NOT THE SAME..POOR QUALITY AND IMPORTED FROM A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY AND IT TASTE IT..VERY POOR INDEED TRY SOME USA FOOD PURCHASES..

I'm a little disappointed that more and more things are becoming fee extra. Two of the shows on the ship were extra. The burger bar is a fee extra Margaritaville. I was also surprised that none of the 3 dining rooms were available for lunch. That was only available at the buffet or O'Sheehan's. Had to walk a long way to get something to eat in the afternoon. Nothing available at the pool area except hot dogs a couple of times.

This was my husbands first cruise & my 2nd (1st on RC). We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The employees clearly work harder than anyone in the world to make your exeperince great. We were able to secure VIBE passes (the private area on the 19th deck for 18 & older only) & loved that area, however, the hot tub was not bubbling so more like a bath. I saw previous Escape reviews listing the same thing so I am not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet? Especially when you pay an additional $100 pp for the pass. Also could use some type of music up there-almost too quiet & you can hear every conversation going on. We seemed to recieve some type of "treat' in our room most evenings-from chocolate covered strawberries to a bottle of wine one night...a very nice touch! The Howl at the Moon dueling pianos show is not to be missed! Very talented performers and an interactive experience. The only other thing that was bothersome was the passengers walking around the common areas barefoot...we even witnessed people in the buffet barefoot...gross! This is of no fault of Norweigan but I wish they were told to put shoes on for health reasons...also several people eating right at the buffet line..again not Norweigan's fault. We will definately cruise Norweigan again

Been on many NCL ships the Escape being the largest. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. The food is located inside the ship at the buffet. There is no outside food available around the pool only hotdogs. More chairs (not lounges) are needed around the adult area. Chairs are easier to get out of and don't hurt your back. The pool was designed not with seniors in mind. No stairs to get in (like on Gem) only a ladder and is difficult for a senior to lift themselves out of the water. Sometimes bigger is not always better.

Loved Bermuda. Guest Service was Rude and restaurant staff rude. Ship clean but too many people.

Had a good time. No problems. all was as we expected it to be.

Disappointed. About 30% of staff were rude. Many staff did not smile. Ship design was poor. One pool for 4000 people. Advertisements shown on pool deck bigscreens constantly, advertising what????? Norwegian escape. We didn't need to see the ads. WE WERE ON THE SHIP!!! SMOKE THROUGHOUT THE ATRIUM! YUCK!

Well, this was my 6th cruises and 4th with Norwegian. I also made two cabin deposits for future cruise within the next four years. Does that answer your questions? lol. PS, for some reason, I got the itches when I sailed the GEM. Unknown how my cabin steward cleaned my cabin, or why that happened. All other ships I have been on had no problems. I love to cruise with Norwegian because of the no hassle dress code for dinner...except when you go to the restaurants.

This cruise was amazing ! From start to finish everything was Perfect. Boarding in NYC to disembarking in Bermuda was done literally in less than 30 min each way, that is AMAZING!!! The Escape was magnificent, so much to do on the ship and we all had the beverage package and let me tell you Norwegian bartenders know how to make a drink and definitely do not “skimp” on the liquor. It was of the utmost importance of the ship crew to always be sure to ask if we were enjoying ourselves and what they could do to make things better, honestly??? Not a thing. Norwegian Escape exceeded our expectations and we will most certainly be cruising with them again.

I had a great time on this cruise.. There were ten of us and there was plenty to do on the two days sailing out to Bermuda.. The specialty restaurants are a must try, buy the package, maybe 3 for the 8 day sailing. Alvin the cruise director was great. The shows were nice too.

Try the smaller beaches. Yes the major beaches are beautiful there are some hidden gems like Clearwater. Make sure you try the Yummy sandwich at the restaurant

it was nice the entertainment could have been better and also the cruise director could have been better. they need to play less techno music not everyone listesnt to that

So. We stayed in the haven. It had good food but it never changed the menus. I think paying the extra they could switch up the menu a little bit. Maybe a 3 day cycle. The Jimmy buffet restaurant that was part of the reason I wanted to go on the Escape was never open. Don’t know why and no reasons were given via ship staff.

The onboard store needs to be more like a store. It didn't have all the necessary needs.

Great cruise, only negative was the disembarkation.

Great cruise, ship, staterooms and common areas. Bermuda was amazing and everyone was so very friendly! And the specialty restaurants were AWESOME - Food Republic, Moderno, Teppanyaki, and Bayamo. Soft serve ice cream from the buffet was another late evening favorite! Try to make time for Fun Time Golf, it was pretty challenging and gorgeous views! Suggestions - music in staterooms - should slow down port info on room tv, hard to read it went by so fast-should sell more sundries and magazines and port guidebooks- fan rentals would be great for those of us who need the white noise to sleep!
