THE FOOD HAS GONE WAY DOWN HILL , THE CHOICES ARE FEW AND THE STYLE IS ALL THE SAME..THE MENU HAS BEEN DEPLETED AND THE FOOD IS NOT THE SAME..POOR QUALITY AND IMPORTED FROM A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY AND IT TASTE IT..VERY POOR INDEED TRY SOME USA FOOD PURCHASES..

I agree with you 100%. I did the Gem 2 years ago, and I loved everything in the buffet that I preferred eating my dinners there. Plus at the pool each day they always had bbq’s going with hot dogs and burgers always available. I did the Escape last week and was so disappointed with the buffet. No outdoor food stations by the pool. Luckily I chose the dining pkg as one of my perks, so I ate at restaurants for dinner. They were good, bit I would have been annoyed if I had to pay for those meals additionally. Will not do Escape again. Too big and I loved the Gem.

We also thought the food on the Escape was good last month... if anything marginally better than on the new Bliss... Maybe where you choose to dine onboard is part of the issue?

I was on the Escape in January and the food was very good. I don’t have to cook it or clean it, so everything was okay for me.

I think the food was just fine unless you are an exceptionally picky eater or eat nothing but whole foods.

So how exactly do you know who NCL’s suppliers are? Have you seen the invoices? BTW, many food products you buy in the U.S. come from “third world countries.” ALSO, PLEASE STOP YELLING!
