Review summary

Disappointed. About 30% of staff were rude. Many staff did not smile. Ship design was poor. One pool for 4000 people. Advertisements shown on pool deck bigscreens constantly, advertising what????? Norwegian escape. We didn't need to see the ads. WE WERE ON THE SHIP!!! SMOKE THROUGHOUT THE ATRIUM! YUCK!

I respectfully disagree!!! The Atruim does NOT stink of any smoke smell from the casino. The Staff is always very friendly you must’ve already had a bad attitude yourself looking for the negative in everything it sounds like!!

Don't mean to be rude, but is this your first sailing? Your post language is pretty strong on negativity, but I just want to know if was there anything good that you brought home with you?. After all it was your"vacation" and I am sure that NCL didn't pay for it but you did. It is ok to post negative posts ,they are valuable just like the positive ones, but overall the cruise experience is what you get out of it for yourself and family. Happy cruising. !!!!!!!!

I thought the ship layout was excellent, so easy to navigate( and I’m bad with directions). Only 2 pools but I never had a problem finding a lounger. We did have one bad experience with bartender at mohito bar. Other than that I thought everyone was great. Loved our steward Ritchie. Food and drinks were great.

Loved this ship a few weeks ago Not our experience in any way shape or form The casino and surrounding area was smoky so I’ll give you that and I hate smoke but in no way did it diminish the other great things about this ship! And I’m loyal to royal!!! Lol loved this NCL ship!

Sooo sorry you had a bad experience on escape. My husband and I experience NCL Escape for the first time last November and EVERYONE was amazing and very nice except for one waiter whom very quickly got it together after my husband very diplomatically had a chat with him and we made him laugh...shouldn’t have to do that but everyone has a bad day, however I don’t need to spend thousands of dollars to be treated rudely, I can get that for free😁. Don’t give up on NCL...we are trying Bliss this November, I’ll post a review.

it was a nice trip, nothing amazing,, we went to 1 port on a 7 day cruise,, wont do that again,, it took from Sunday to Wed to get to the port then only friday to sunday to get back to where we left form New York Smoking in the casino and was bad!!

Awesome Cruise to Bermuda!

Great family vacation for us!
