Review summary
Disappointed. About 30% of staff were rude. Many staff did not smile. Ship design was poor. One pool for 4000 people. Advertisements shown on pool deck bigscreens constantly, advertising what????? Norwegian escape. We didn't need to see the ads. WE WERE ON THE SHIP!!! SMOKE THROUGHOUT THE ATRIUM! YUCK!Embarkation
