This was a fun and entertaining cruise. We especially enjoyed the Board Walk on the Escape.

If the ship isn't crowded..........this would be a very good experience. However, with a full boat, the noise is a bit much. In addition, much of the entertainment is centered around the Atrium. While it is an innovative design, the nearby venues (e..g, guest services, bar, etc.) sometime make it difficult to hear what is going on (e.g., we had to read the subtitles to "hear" the movie). Conversely, the noise from the Atrium spills out into the other venues (e.g., impacts the Irish restaurant).

Nicer experience than pre-covid (regarding staff/crew) however food was overall disappointing and many fun perks have been eliminated. Will still cruise again with my teenagers next time to take advantage of 3rd & 4th passenger free sales!

We had a drink package, but had to pay extra for a coffee latte. NOW...the specialty coffee drinks cost half of what wine/liquor costs. They should be in the drink package. And Gelato was extra..Really!

Having sailed on this ship and the Getaway once before, I was surprised at how crowded everything felt. It was difficult to find a seat at most bars and lounges. Otherwise a very pleasant week.

Good trip except for one of the excusions. Great staff and the food was very good. They need to do something about people reserving chairs around pool.

The cruise was 7 days which was good, the weather was mostly chilly,but I was with family so it was good, miss it already

Really great time with good friends, amazing food, amazing entertainment and exceptional staff everywhere. There is definitely something for everyone to do young and old.

I'd think twice about booking ANY cruise that has a tender port. Weather and ocean conditions can cancel plans fast, even if not tendered. We enjoyed our vacation as a couple. Casino is small and too much smoke, machines are older in the non smoking section. The shows were EXCELLENT but one venue in particular, Syd's, was too small for what they offered. We were never early enough to get in (even one hour early).

- WIFI allowed minutes calculated inaccurately. One of my minutes was like 10 of their minutes. - Cayman islands excursion was cancelled. From what I am hearing, This is a common occurrence on Norwegian, as they use their own tender boats, not the boats that are there locally, to save money. Other cruise ships in port, were tendering, not ours. They did reimburse our excursion cost, but what about the cost of this was one of our stops. This is the reason that you purchase a cruise, to go to different places, not to sit on a ship and view it from afar. - The main theatre venues were small. - There was only one pool available. The other one was in the private section of the boat, but it was inside anyways. There should not be a private section on a cruise ship, they can just get their own ship. No other poo - The open dining option I liked better then assigned time seating. - There was NO late night pizza food offering or snack offering in the buffet area. One bar had a limited late night/all night menu. Or you had to pay extra to get room service. - The jeep-jungle tour we took thru , had directions to the pickup spot wrong. Our guide was very pleasant, the tequila tasting was questionable. Once I read the bottle, not sure if there was tequila in it.

Dont do it!!! not worth it at all! food, steward entertainment very lacking!

Overall we will not likely be booking another NCL cruise. For first time cruisers this may be a great option or those with older/adult children.

I'm a cruiseaholic and I love just about any cruises but I've gotten more and more picky about what I like better and expect on my cruises. We've taken all of my family 3 Children and their entire families on several cruises and they like the Carnival and NCL cruises best because they like the activities on these ships. My wife and I prefer better food and entertainment and a quieter atmosphere.

This cruise was one of my BEST and I've been on over 20. The Studio cabins and our own personal cruise director for SOLO Travelers was great. The Eastern Caribbean was beautiful but I think I prefer Western side! All in all the dining, entertainment was Excellent!

Overall, I was rather disappointed. The food was mediocre, even at the specialty restaurants, and the entertainment was ABOMINABLE. The staff members, and the Spa experience, saved the day, but I do not think that I will be cruising on Norwegian again in the future unless they offer some massive incentives.

Lots of fun! Do the zip line in Tortola. You will have to be able to climb a ladder and walk-up hills. Bring a go-pro camera. You will have to leave your things in a locker. Do the island tour that you can pick up at the dock with beach on St. Thomas. Would have liked to spend longer time in each port to do more than one excursion and explore the islands. Pack a disposable "rain gear" just in case. The drink package is great.

We ONLY cruise with NCL and have never had a bad trip. Didn't enjoy this sailing, but it was my fault, traveling when schools were out. The fact that 3rd and 4th pax traveled free, brought more families out. Wish the Haven was 18 and over, or maybe NCL could offer adult only sailings i.e. Virgin cruise line. When you pay a higher fare,you expect it to be relaxing. Again, it was probably my fault for booking during school break times. Maybe if we choose a smaller ship (still NCL) with fewer amenities,slides, racetrack, less kids won't want to go, save the big ships for them. I don't want to quit sailing and definitely don't want to give up NCL.
