our steward was no where to be found, needs to clean room at least twice a day, shampoo was very water down no conditioner, wth

common was mostly clean, really bad smell from all bathrooms, was disgusting!

Cruise was just ok, should have normal shampoo, conditioner was not even provided or body lotion, this needs to change. Steward needs to clean twice a day and we barely ever even saw him.

I've been on the Escape, going again in a month. I disagree with about everything in this review. Also, most lines don't clean your cabin twice a day anymore, try picking up your own mess. Complaining about the shampoo is pretty petty.
