Review summary

- WIFI allowed minutes calculated inaccurately. One of my minutes was like 10 of their minutes. - Cayman islands excursion was cancelled. From what I am hearing, This is a common occurrence on Norwegian, as they use their own tender boats, not the boats that are there locally, to save money. Other cruise ships in port, were tendering, not ours. They did reimburse our excursion cost, but what about the cost of this was one of our stops. This is the reason that you purchase a cruise, to go to different places, not to sit on a ship and view it from afar. - The main theatre venues were small. - There was only one pool available. The other one was in the private section of the boat, but it was inside anyways. There should not be a private section on a cruise ship, they can just get their own ship. No other poo - The open dining option I liked better then assigned time seating. - There was NO late night pizza food offering or snack offering in the buffet area. One bar had a limited late night/all night menu. Or you had to pay extra to get room service. - The jeep-jungle tour we took thru , had directions to the pickup spot wrong. Our guide was very pleasant, the tequila tasting was questionable. Once I read the bottle, not sure if there was tequila in it.

We were the last ones onboard, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled, and we got in late.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I like the open dining option. The assortment of food was good. There was NO late night pizza offering, or late night snacks. One restarant/bar was open with limited menu.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
water slide was fun. fitness center classes cost extra. - There was only one pool available, not big enough for the hoards of people that were laying around it. The other one was in the private section of the boat, but it was inside anyways. There should not be a private section on a cruise ship, they can just get their own ship.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Shows were good. No broadway size shows on this ship. Venues were small and I thought the main theatre was somewhat small. The entertainers themselves were very talented, they needed bigger venues.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Very attentive, no issues, except when they didnt understand English.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Like other cruise ships. Main staircase in the middle. several elevators, which were always crowded.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Small like most cruises. We didnt get top of the line, however, I did like having the balcony. The towels, washclothes that we were given, were dingy grey and some of them had embedded dirtiness.
