Really nice birthday cruise where we got to see staff that we consider friends.

This was a “Graduation Cruise” for 2 of my grandchildren. One graduated in 2020 and the other just last year. This was a good experience for them and overall enjoyable. We enjoyed having them with us on this cruise on the awesome NCL ESCAPE

Our cruise was fine. It met all expectations except disembarking at Roatan and Costa Maya. Excursions were booked to start 15 minutes after we arrived which meant people crowded the stairs and elevators down to deck 4 and it was a cluster.

My wife and I took this cruise to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We had a great time on a great ship.

Fantastic cruise. Great atmosphere, vibe, people and entertainment. Never a dull moment. Some improvements could be made to the buffet and comedy, but overall very happy.

This was my first NCL cruise out of about 12 other cruises and while I loved the food, the Spice H2O grotto/pool and the fitness center, I did not like their lack of entertainment, no after-dinner theater shows, crowded pools and total lack of shade. They could have more beach umbrellas out by the pools but there are only like, 8 or 9.

Thank You for everything…we enjoyed our time and will bring our family with us next time!

Easy arrival. Food was amazing and the drinks were good. Ports where great. All the entertainment was good

Not great few people I talk to have same issues two couple is there first time Norwegian said the same thing is there last lol

The ports were fun the ship was not! Ask for Fraser at Savor.

We love this ship. The crew is outstanding. Few bumps along the way (disembarkation) but other wise superb.

Overall I thought it was a beautiful ship and was well laid out! My 14th cruise (2 Princess, 3 Carnival, and 8 Royal) I considered myself Loyal to Royal, but after sailing them post-Covid and my first Norwegian, I may have a new favorite cruise line! You could tell some staffing issues (bars only have one bartender at times) but the crew was high spirited and doing the best with what they have! Jeff, the assistant cruise director should’ve been the cruise director, he was fantastic! I will definitely be sailing with NCL in the not so distant future!!

I have sailed NCL many times, but I think I am ready for a change.

Everything was as good as possible, will definitely do another, already booked on the Breakaway and if 1/2 as good as Escape it will be fun

For a first time cruise, it was amazing. I would highly recommend.

Haven is worth the money on this class of ship. More space, less people. Food and service was perfect. One big perk is never to wait to get on/off the ship. We had seperate elevators during these times. We got to get into theaters and venues before other passengers...always getting the best seats.

IT SUCKED. Will never sail on Norwegian again. Worst cruise I have ever taken.
