We paid for priority access and it made no difference at all. We sat for 3 hours before we could get in the ship. Was a wast of money.

The food in the buffet never changed same food everyday. That would have been ok if the food was good! The largest main dinning room had slow service not because they were busy several staff members were standing at a table behind us talking and doing other things. High light was Fraser who worked at Savor his service and friendliness was the best on the entire ship. If it wasn’t for him this category would get no stars!

The Abba show was horrible! Don’t waste your time. The choir of Men and the Sid Norman Pour house show were great. We saw the Sid Norman show a few times during the week. The same people sing different music ever night. One night was Rock, another was Fleetwood Mac the last night was 80’s prom music. It was the performers last week on the ship. A new group started the next week. I did hear that they performers change every few month but it was always good. Get there early if you want a seat. The pool music was just ok!
Service and Staff

Everyone seemed very unhappy. Not many smiles. Even the customer service staff were not very friendly, helpful or happy.
Ship Quality

The gym area was not well maintained. The equipment was older, needed a good cleaning. The windows were disgusting. I realize we were on an ocean and salt water gets on them but I have been on other cruises and the were not that bad. The other common areas seemed ok.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a club cabin and we’re told it would be looked after a couple times a day. We never saw the person who cleans. There was one day our room was not cleaned till after 4. Someone from home sent us chocolate strawberries. They never put a note with it. We didn’t know it was from one of our friends until they asked us about it. We felt horrible that they thought we didn’t acknowledge them.
This is a no star because tithe herded us down to the main area to stand around and wait till your color was called. They missed our color, needless to say we waited all morning. As a reminder we had paid for priority access!
Your review is spot on.I just got off today also.Crew overworked and not happy.They need retraining.Nobody could answer a question.The only spice in the food was salt.Way too crowded for the amount of staff.Only reason I went was the waving of single supplement.Not even for free, would I do again.
