Second time with NCL, I think I would try a different cruise line next time

The cruise truly was amazing , the ship we loved (second time on it ) the staff always SUPER and really try their best ! Ports of call , everything we expected and wayyyyyyyy more ! INCREDIBLE ITINERARY

This was a bucket list cruise for sure! Every city was old and absolutely beautiful! We saw exactly what we were hoping to see!

NCL Escape is a beautiful ship with many amenities. Overall, we enjoyed every aspect of our voyage (itinerary, service, food, cleanliness, ship layout, and entertainment). We were blessed to experience such an awesome adventure on this bucket-list cruise!

I have never cruise before so this was fun and exciting. It was a transatlantic so I wasn't expecting great weather for sea days and it was pretty much what I expected. Had issues with two excursions basically a Gibraltar Excursion out of Malaga which was extremely upsetting when we were told we needed Visa stamps but Norwegian Cruise Line said we didn't so we returned away. Rain damp and a few other excursions but other than that I really enjoyed the cruise had great fun at great people and will definitely go again

This cruise represents the pinnacle of travel for my wife and I. We checked more boxes on this cruise than I care to count. I recommend a cruise like this to anyone.

This cruise was rebooked from 2020. Me and my husband chose this to be a honeymoon. It was my first cruise and my husband's first cruise with NCL. We were so excited the week before and until we got on the ship and saw the ridiculous amount of children running around like savages. It was impossible to enjoy anytime during the day. Within this 7 days me and my husband got to enjoy the hot tub once and that was after 11:00 at night. We did not get to enjoy any of the shows due to overcrowding and people saving seats. We did not get to enjoy the sundeck due to so many people saving lounge chairs for friends and family and being in the same spot all day everyday. It was the same people we saw day in and day out in the same place. The only day we actually got to enjoy the sun deck and a good spot around the boat was the first day and the last day. We were told that this cruise was overbooked by almost a thousand people. I'm not sure how true that is but after seeing how many children were on this boat I can believe it. The kids were so obnoxious and unparented. I believe that the parents who did not watch their children on this cruise should be penalized... I was asked by a boy who was probably no older than my son to take off my top for $30. I am almost 40 years old. I was so angry. Our excursions were rushed by the people who took us to where we needed to go. Almost leaving us with no time to enjoy the sites that we may never get to see again. The great stirrups were taken from us as I hear it's not very common for them to actually ever stop at this island.... I guess it's because people spend more money on the boat than they do on their Island that day. And of course there's nothing else to do but spend money because you can't enjoy the things the ship has to offer. I will definitely never book a cruise during a holiday, a school break, or anytime children in this quantity is a possibility. The greatest part about being on this ship was that the crew never once gave you a hard time. The crew was fantastic and they are what made this vacation tolerable. But needless to say I will not be boarding the escape ever again.

We sailed in a group of 10, 1 child and 9 adults. Three were on their first cruise. Everyone had fun and look forward to future adventures.

It was only fair overall and not worth the $5,000+ for the 4 of us. I feel gypped.

For a spring break cruise it was pretty awesome. We had an amazing time with Norwegian. Everything went smoothly the whole trip. We had no major issues and no major complaints. It was definitely a busy and crowded cruise but considering it was Spring Break that's to be expected. If your not wanting a lot of kids on your trip the month of March is to be avoided. We cannot wait to plan our next cruise.

Ship itself was nice but way too crowded. Was hard to see any comedy shows or get a seat for most things. Food was Meh!! French restaurant was fantastic!!!

Our first cruise with NCL. Nice cruise with friendly staff but poor ship design.

We had a wonderful time. Try different foods that you've never had before, go places you've never been before & enjoy life to the fullest, no one ever said I wish we didn't go on vacation!

Was wonderful and we will be planning for next one with Norwegian.

We had a wonderful trip and nothing was wrong except the service and that just made me mad at Norwegian for treating people so badly.

While some of the experiences were wonderful. Others were shameful. I am not sure whether or not we would travel with NCL to the Caribbean again.

There were 10 of us who took this cruise. Embarkation and Disembarkation was super quick and easy at Port Canavaral. We parked at portparking.com and they shuttled us to the port. Dropped our bags off and went right upstairs, immediately through security and then onto check-in. All in all, probably took 15 minutes and we were on the ship. Love the way muster is done now. We were directed to our muster station immediately upon entering the ship, scanned our cards and we were good to go. We didn't have our dining reservations yet, so we went to one of the restaurants and were immediately assisted by one of the staff members who helped us book everything which was no easy feat with 10 people. Then we went and had lunch at Taste. By 2ish, our rooms were ready. So we all headed there to take a look at our rooms. Normally, we have gotten oceanview rooms but this time we got balcony rooms and now we won't ever not have a balcony. Loved the rooms. Baggage showed up around 5ish. The beds are pretty firm, so would recommend requesting a egg crate topper, as that helped a little. Escape is a big ship but easy to navigate once you get used to it. We didn't have issues with the elevators like I've read that some do and we were a full ship. Yes, sometimes you'd have to wait for a few elevators as they would show up and be full, but you just needed a little patience. There is lots to do and yes, sometimes it felt very crowded in certain areas - Atrium and the pool area for sure. But there are lots of other places you can go that weren't overly crowded and were quiet. We really like the Brewhouse. Food - we found the food to be quite good. We only ate at the buffet a couple of times. Otherwise it was O'Sheehans, main dining rooms, American diner, etc. So many choices. I would not hesitate to take a cruise again on the Escape, although, we all decided that we are partial to the smaller ships, such as the Gem.

Interstate room areas seem dark hallways were very narrow, not really handicap friendly. Overall was a good cruise. The only exceptions would be the food could be better and the coffee definitely needs to be improved. The staff was excellent.

Overall, it was a great experience. My partner and I reflect on the best time we had together daily.

I did not enjoy the Escape as much as the Encore. Very different experiences. This being my second cruise with NCL I now know a little bit more about what I enjoy and don’t enjoy. I do like NCL and will cruise with them again just not on this ship.
