Review summary

We sailed in a group of 10, 1 child and 9 adults. Three were on their first cruise. Everyone had fun and look forward to future adventures.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
I parked the car on the pier and walked right into the terminal. We checked in and walked onboard the ship within 15 min.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was great and the service was tremendous. The only issue that we had was at Cagney's, the food was not as well prepared, barely warm and grilled vegetables were burnt. All other venues had well prepared meals.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
My wife and daughter went to the spa and enjoyed a massage. They said service was good and the attendant was a pleasure. The pool was crowded but it was spring break, that was expected. The aqua slides had short waits and were fun!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Most of the shows were crowded and tough to attend. The Choir of Man stage show was funny and very entertaining. This is a must see show!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff did a tremendous job. The ship was full with 2600 kids and teens. They were helpful when asked questions and always had a smile.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The layout of the ship was easy to navigate and the common areas were well kept and constantly being cleaned.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was clean and the layout was comfortable. Plenty of storage throughout.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

5 out of 5
The cruise port is well managed and currently has improvements underway.

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

5 out of 5
The family stayed in the small resort by the pier. There were plenty of shops and the water park was refreshing.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

4 out of 5
There were shops within walking distance and the sky ride was nice. You get a nice view of the port.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands Did not visit port

We arrived at 6 a.m. and there didn't appear to be anything interesting.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas Did not visit port

Water was too rough to tender. Very pleased to hear that NCL is finally building a pier to accommodate two ships. Completion in late 2025!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We chose to self disembark, Time from cabin on the 13th deck to pier was roughly 20 min.
