Review summary

While some of the experiences were wonderful. Others were shameful. I am not sure whether or not we would travel with NCL to the Caribbean again.

The Cellars - A Michael Mondavi Family Wine Bar

The wine selection was very good. The setting was quiet and relaxing. The somaliers were outstanding.

The food was good and the chef was brilliant. his name is Jackson. We did not know that the chef's sing as they prepare the meal. Jackson could easily be part of the Choir of Man show. If cooking ever gets old, he shoould think about it.

The golf itself is fine, however it is under the ropes course. Oil condensing from the ship's smokestack collected on the metal framework and dripped onto anyone playing mini golf. Apparently, the ship knew that this happens but did nothing about it. not even a warning.

The vast majority of the staff were wonderful. However we had issues with one of the guest services staff and the Internet Manager.

The wifi is slow and clunky and the manager's solution was to charge more money which still did not solve the problems

The excursion was to be about the history and culture. It was nothing but shopping opportunities preceeded by a 5 minute speech. Because of the prolonged visit to the rum factory, the only historical reference was a 2 minute jog throough the central park.

Got off the ship well but baggage collection process needs work. The ramp into the terminal was steeply sloped with rubber floor. The humidity was high which caused the floor to be very slippery. I fell. I told an employee that the floor was slippery, he replied: "I know". If he knew, why didn't he warn us or perhaps do something about it.
