Wait until they sort out the budget cuts or whatever. We shelled out $500 more apiece extra from our last ncl cruise during high season and the experience was worse then when we went on msc. We picked ncl because of our last two experience and for price we paid we feel cheated. I would chalk it up to just a one off but from the other reviews over the last 6 months this is just par for the course. This is their new normal no matter the port, the ship or the class of room

Ship experiences
Food and Dining

The food was so subpar. No variation day to day anywhere. For the menus, half of it was served cold and overcooked and the other half was cold and under seasoned. The Manhattan room service and food literally made us sick. Even the three specialty restaurants we paid for were so 😞 I am going to go to a new Cruise Line maybe Royal Caribbean or Carnival hell MSC might gain me back cuz this was ridiculous
Onboard Activities

Besides the spa we were beyond bored. Especially on sea days
Entertainment

The live musicians were sooo talented
Service and Staff

We had to hunt down our room steward daily. The female bartender at the mojito bar was utterly rude to the point the she constantly had a empty bar. Calling the guest service desk was futile because no one ever answers. We couldn't get enough clean towels or tissue for all three cabin mates until day 3
Ship Quality

What ever was going on in our room caused an allergic reaction with 2 of the 3 guests. 1 was respiratory and the other respiratory with itchiness and trash. We didn't get a new room due to how full the ship was. But we went through a bottle of benadryl
Wow! So sorry to hear about all the disappointment. A couple of months back there was another cruiser having a severe allergic reaction (or bite) on another NCL cruise ship. Hope you have a better experience on your next cruise. Thanks for sharing.
