Food was OK in the dining room and buffet. Specialty restaurants were very good.

The pool area was pretty small, so very crowded. The fitness center was great. I liked bingo and deal or no deal.

Entertainment

3 shows were great (Choir of Man; Malevo; Light show). The rest OK.

Service and Staff

Our room steward, Toto, was great. Everyone was so nice and the entertainment folks were super energetic and fun!

I really liked the ship. My only complaint was the pool area which is too small.

This was a horrible experience. Didn't know to sign up asap for tendering, only had 3 hrs in port. Cable car line was wrapped around the dock area, decided to take a donkey - DON'T DO IT! Cruel and uncomfortable. Wish the cruise warned against this.

I didn't know this port was cancelled. I heard from other guests they didn't know either. Too bad this wasn't better communicated.

As an infrequent cruiser I didn't time my transportation to the airport well. Had to wait in a hot, uncomfortable bldg. The staff did their jobs well.

Santorini was AWFUL!!!!!! Wouldn’t get off the ship there again unless taking a water excursion right from tender port. Florence was also my favorite. I was on your same sailing.

Thanks for your review. Information on tendering is usually in the Freestyle Daily with all the important info for each port. Agree Santorini cable cars can be a nightmare especially if multiple ships docked. And yes the use of the donkeys is cruel and should be avoided but nobody should really need a cruise line to tell them this!
