The elevators are slow and crowded. Make a plan for yourself on how to get around the ship and be prepared to wait.

Pay the extra $ for the Haven, it's worth it not to look for deck chairs or over crowded pools not to mention all the personal attention!

If you cruise on the Epic...make sure you only travel on the exclusive part of the ship that is on the highest level towards the front...it seems like thats the only spot where crowding wont be a factor and service will most likely be better, otherwise, avoid this ship entirely.

Its very big!!! You really dont need to buy the dinner package the free buffets has the same food as the restaurants

I couldn't believe how 4,000 people and get on and off a ship that fast....they have it down to a science! The Spa facilities were first class! Only complaint was that deck space got crowded quickly and space was hard to find.
