Wonderful cruise, we had the best time! While I probably won't sail the EPIC again, I can't wait to sail again next year! Let the planning begin!

We enjoyed the cruise, but not the ship. The itinerary was good, but there should have been more time in the ports.

I took 9 friends who are devout RCL cruisers in order to introduce them to "My Norwegian" . Everything I raved about from previous cruises was non-existent on this one. This was the first time I have cruised NCL after Covid, please tell me this is not the new normal !!!! I will try one more NCL cruise and hope and pray that this was just a bad cruise. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me that this is the case. I was totally embarrassed by and even experienced a sense of grief for my previously wonderful Norwegian Cruise Lines

Cruise & ports were great. Met alot of new friends along the way.

You offer "free at sea" but didn't honor that. Even when it didn't cost any more at booking for this selection. I paid almost $2100 for the cruise. Free at sea should've been included for no additional cost, but it was not. So, I had to spend an additional $1900 for a drink package. And to take it a step further, the drinks my husband and I drink ran our frequently throughout our trip. WORST CRUISE EVER.

Cruise overall was great, but we purchased the priority access package and wish we hadn’t! It was not at all worth the cost.

Overall, we enjoyed the cruise. BUT PLEASE RETHINK THOSE AWFUL SPLIT BATHROOMS. By the way, the sink is mounted OUTSIDE OF THE TOILET ENCLOSURE! That means that one has to open the enclosure by touching the door handle BEFORE being able to wash your hands. THAT IS UNSANITARY!!

A good trip on NCL, just be aware of the false offers from cruise.com. They didn't happen.

If there had only been one or two things that were bad, it would have been a good experience. But having a bed that was uncomfortable, food that wasn't great, entertainment that was lacking, and an overcrowded ship made this a cruise that was more than a little disappointing. This was the first time I was ever relieved to be home from a vacation.

Very disappointed. No offer of compensation for the missed port. However they still let excursions go in Jamaica that were awful due to water conditions. Specifically the catamaran and snorkeling excursion. Couldn’t even see anything because we had to swim so hard not to get swept away. Nickel and dimed everything. Threatened to charge $25 for pool towels. Had to check them out. Over cramped ship. Adult area in daytime had no music and big screen only showed basketball and soccer.

Happy to be on cruise, but due to specialty restaurants and long waits to get drinks, I would not do this ship again!

Stay at ports longer that 6-8 hours would be better.

Everyone on board was complaining about the lines and long waits for everything (bars, dinner, shows, tenders). It was still a nice cruise, but the Epic layout and ratio of guests to staff made it seem so overcrowded. We joked about how NCL commercials show an attractive couple enjoying the pool all to themselves - hah, never saw that on the Epic!

First time sailing on such a large ship, felt it was understaffed and the Epic for us was poorly designed. The itinerary was good and enjoyed our times in port but will not book this ship(EPIC) again.

The ships was…meh. The ports were good especially PR. Food was awesome in the restaurants and above average in the buffets. All in all we had a great trip.

We cruise 3-4 times per year The Epic was the filthiest NCL ship I have ever been on. The banisters were so dirty I used a hand sanitizer every time I came off the steps. The windows, and the balcony were disgusting. The room set up was awful, there was no real bathroom... and on and on and on

First Norwegian Cruise after several Carnival. This one was disappointing. Entertainment lacking. Excellent evening meal seating, quick, convenient. Menu didn’t offer prime rib, lobster. Service varied. No free specialty restaurants, BBQ, Burger, Pizza, Chicken unlike Carnival.

Very good ports of call, but should be taken on a different Norwegian ship!

Needed more staff. Very old ship but really clean.
