First time sailing on such a large ship, felt it was understaffed and the Epic for us was poorly designed. The itinerary was good and enjoyed our times in port but will not book this ship(EPIC) again.

Typical issues of pool decks-- pools were standing pools so small "swimming" was not an option.

Enjoyed most of the shows and performances but it was very crowded and often you had to wait in line for 45 min-1 hour to get a seat!

Service was good when you could get it -WAY understaffed for the amount of people on the ship.

The ship was clean that was not an issue BUT the design leaves a lot to be desired. We did not care for the casino and restaurants were on the same decks if you have any issue with smoke that is a big problem. We will never sail on the Epic again.
Cabin / Stateroom

Best part was the balcony other than that- we disliked the layout, the bed, the pillows and the see through toilet walls! We would not book this cruise ship again.
Ship tip
Be prepared to wait and walk and lower your expectations
Went to the beach and did the Tram and it was ok but TOO many ships in port which caused time delays and rushed our excursion so we spent less than 5 minutes at the Tram up top.
